Meeting Street End User License Agreement (EULA)


IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE MEETING

STREET APPLICATION.


This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Meeting Street ("Company") regarding your use of the Meeting Street mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.


1. License Grant

Meeting Street grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any device you own or control.


2. Restrictions

You may not:

- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

- Sell, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App

- Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose


3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Meeting Street retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.


4. Updates

Meeting Street may provide updates or modifications to the App. These will be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.


5. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.


6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Meeting Street disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meeting Street shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.


8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Meeting Street Privacy Policy


Meeting Street ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about our privacy practices. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, maintain, and share your information when you access or use the Meeting Street mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Service").


By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.


Children's Privacy
Meeting Street is intended for families, but not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 without verified parental consent. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will delete their data immediately. Parents may contact us at support@meetingstreet.app for questions or to request deletion.
